THE STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE PROGRAM HAS 4 SESSIONS EACH WEEK WHICH PROGRESS OVER TIME TO ENSURE YOU'RE PUSHING YOURSELF TOWARDS YOUR GOALS.

WHAT ARE THE SESSIONS LIKE?

The sessions will include a mixture of strength, cardio and core exercises to help increase your overall body strength and cardiovascular ability. These sessions alter each week so you keep on being challenged over the course of time!

EVOLT BODY SCANNER

Utilise the body scanner every 8 weeks to view how your body changes internally. Using this data can help provide to detail to how you've changed over the course of time. Joining the program, the body scans are all included.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSION TIMES

Each week there will be 4 strength & conditioning classes. You don't have to join all of them, but it's recommended your join as many as you can join. Depending on the schedule the sessions will either be a mixture of strength and conditioning or purely conditioning work.

Session times include:

Monday 6pm - Tuesday 8am - Wednesday 6pm - Thursday 6pm

Referral Program:

- Refer a friend and receive a week of training for free (free week is the Bronze package pricing, $45 reduced on your current package pricing).

- Referred member has to be new to the program and has not completed any previous challenge/program/sessions with Coach Laurence.


Terms & Conditions:

- The Strength & Performance Program has a minimum term of 4 weeks.

- To cancel out of the Strength & Performance Program please contact Laurence through message or email.

- No refunds available for this program.

- This payment is a weekly direct debit option.

- To suspend the Strength & Performance Program if you're going away or need to take time off please contact Laurence via email or message, suspensions can't be back dated.

- If signing onto the Platinum package you understand a no show or cancellation within 24 hours to your private session will incur forfeiting the session, unless rescheduled to another time that suits during that week.

- By joining the program you acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks in relation to exercising. By joining the Strength & Performance Program you agree you will not hold the coaching team responsible for any physical or mental damages occurred during the program.
