There are many methods of private training, from one-on-one sessions, two-on-one sessions and semi private training.
The semi-private personal training provides the best of both worlds, a tailored exercise program through my app with individual attention for continuous progression and at an affordable and accessible package price.
There are many benefits of having the help of a Coach assisting you with your training. This can include ensuring your form and technique is correct whilst lifting, becoming more educated through the process, catering to personal requirements, help you set long-term realistic goals, accountability and to ensure you progress towards your goals.
Semi-private training is scheduled at certain times during the day. Clients commit to how many sessions they can do per week during their consultation.
Session Times:
Tuesday & Friday 6:45-8am
As the popularity of semi private training increases more slots will be added, however there are limited slots per session.
